CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024
By Emmanuel Wandera Juma, of P.O. Box 64, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Juma Mangwana, who died at Bulemia, Bunyala, on 28th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025
By Stephen Oswata, of P.O. Box 738, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliza Agote Oswata, who died at Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E310 OF 2025
By John Odunga Kwoba, of P.O. Box 593, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Odunga Kwoba, who died at Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
