CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Simiyu Makhapila Sasaka, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pokola Sasaka Ndolo alias Bokola Sasaka, who died at Sitikho, on 18th February, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2025
By Japhan Barasa Yacob, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Wanjala Kunguru alias Wanjala Kunguru, who died at Syombe, on 1st April, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2025
By Erick Sifuna Wamalwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Wamalwa Masibayi alias Wamalwa Masibayi, who died at Namatotoa, on 21st February, 2003.

By Weneslus Siebela Walukhuchi and Hellen Nafula Manyonge, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Wekhanya Manyasi alias Kwanusu Manyasi, who died at Mukuyuni, on 28th July, 1983.

By Macgodwin Wanjala Wafula, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Wafula Wafula, who died on 27th March, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
