PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2025
By Joyce Wamaitha Kamau and Antony Muhia Karanja, both of P.O. Box 727-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabogo Muroki, who died at Kigongo, Nembu, on 6th March, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Beatrice Mugure Karanja and Karanja Francis Githiri, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John P. Kariuki Waweru, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
