By Elizabeth Nyambura John, of P.O. Box 20-00221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kamau, who died at Kirenga, on 1st April, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025
By Gideon Wachira Mwenjeru, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Mukima Mwenjeru, who died at Kirenga, on 10th September, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Susan Mumbi Karanja, of P.O. Box 637, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Benson Mbugua, who died at Redhill, on 13th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2025
By Thuo Nguqi and Jane Wanjiru Nguqi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguqi Mboche, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
