TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2025
By Helen Wanjugu Kihuhu and Grace Muthoni Mugera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shelmith Wambui Kihuhu alias Shoromis Wambui Kihuhu, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 12th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. 262 OF 2025
By Christine Jebet Kiptoo and Daniel Kipprop Kiptoo, both of P.O. Box 10-20320, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Chesang Cheptirigei, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 28th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
