TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Mary Wakuthii Mbiriiai, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njoka Kangerwe, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Asha Gittiri Njuki, of P.O. Box 942-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukono Njue, who died at Nduine, on 1st May, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Njiru Ireri, of P.O. Box 32-60101, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Njamiu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
