PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Sarah Wairimu Munene, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Muthoni Francis, who died at Gachigi, on 16th August, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Simon Njeru Ndambiri and (2) Charity Wambui Muchira, both of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambiri Mirama, who died at Gatu Sub-location, on 12th July, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
