TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E483 OF 2025
By Modesta Oigo, of P.O. Box 3464, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Isaiah Omete, who died on 17th November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E486 OF 2025
By Esther Ongera, of P.O. Box 1467, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosalia Kerubo Ongera, who died at Igemo, on 16th February, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
