PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024
By George Mburu Gitonga, of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Gitonga, who died at Gituamba, on 5th October, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025
By Samson Kangethe Gichini, Henry Wamweya Gichini and Amos Nganga Gichini, all of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Gichini Kangethe alias Dancan Gichina Kangethe alias Dancun Gichini alias Dancun Gichini, who died at Kiroe, on 9th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
