TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Robert Murithi, of P.O. Box 1702-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Kaburo Mbuvi, who died at Githongo Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 2016.

By Erastus Gitonga M’Ithinji and Silas Kimathi Mugira, both of P.O. Box 2660-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirigia Ikiara alias M’Kirigia M’Ikiara, who died at Gitimbi Location, on 20th April, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025
By Mary Ithiru Kanyuru, of P.O. Box 51, Githongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rimberia s/o Gucienda alias Gikurume s/o Gucienda alias M’Rimberia Guchienda, who died at Abothuguchi Location, on 14th April, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
