CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025
By Francis Mbogo Gitonga, of P.O. Box 24, Kinamba in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Gitonga Mwangi Mbogo, who died at Mithiga, on 27th
May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2025
By (1) Francis Kagiri Maina and (2) Waigumo Kagiri Maingi, both
of P.O. Box 11–20304, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s son and
stepmother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of John Maina Kagiri, who died at Kenyatta
National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2024.

By (1) Nellyster Nairimu Masikonte and (2) Catherine Neshan

to the estate of Grace Wambui Nganga alias Grace Wambui Ng’ang’a
alias Grace W. Nganga, who died at Ultra Care Specialist Hospital in
Kenya, on 13th July, 2025.

intestate to the estate of Christopher Gichuru Waweru alias
Christopher Waweru, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in
Kenya, on 6th February, 1992.

Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Mary Wathimu Muraguri alias Wathimu
Muraguri, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 6th
November, 1976.
CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2025
By Susan Nyawira Mathenge, of P.O. Box 950, Nyeri in Kenya,
the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Jerioth Wambui Mathenge, who died at
Riverside County, U.S.A., on 25th August, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
