TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2025
By Samuel Owiye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musita Matukho alias James Musita Okeno, who died at Eshirali, on 14th August, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Kefa Eshitubi Akali, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Akali Eshitubi, who died at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Fredrick Mukabana Wambetsa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Wambetsa Mutondo alias Henry Ambetsa, who died at Bumamu, on 28th November, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
