CAUSE NO. E482 OF 2024
By Pilister Ombima Onyuka, of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marikus Onyuka Awuor alias Onyuka Awuor, who died at Kanyawegi, Kisumu, on 14th August, 1992.

By Samuel Otieno Akello, of P.O. Box 908, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Akello Hongo alias Akello Hongo, who died at Korando “B”, on 26th March, 1997.

By Michael Odhiambo Ouya, Omondi Fredrick Ouya and Nelson Mandela Kawili, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ouya Awili, who died at Nyabera Sub-location, on 20th January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
