TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025
By Margaret Adhiambo Ogwago, of P.O. Box 241-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rudolph Benz Ogwago alias Rudolf Ojijo Ogwago, who died at Texas, U.S.A., on 30th November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2025
By Vincent Odhiambo Okanga, of P.O. Box 536-40222, Oyuqis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okanga Odero Ogwang alias Okanga Odero, who died at Kadero Kamidigo, on 23rd September, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
