TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025
By Carolynje Ajiambo Ouma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Mafundoh Mwakoma alias Amrose Mafundoh Mwakoma, who died at Jipe, on 26th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By Janet Neema Mitemi, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adrian Lyakurwa Mitemi alias Adrian L. Mitemi, who died at Johannesburg, South Africa, on 7th May, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
