TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025
By Margaret Kambua Kalama, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Mwangangi Kalama, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025
By (1) Fatuma Sindo Mumba and (2) Jonathan Mumba Sindo, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sindo Mumba Koroboi, who died at Mwele, Kisuritini, on 9th December, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Kalama Rumba Mashu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rumba Kalama Mwambalazi, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 6th August, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025
By Jumaa Mwandoro Kalama, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwandoro Kalama Mwambalazi, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 7th October, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
