TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Philip Ogweno Kimako and (2) Peter Ochieng Kimko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimko Onoka, who died on 3rd August, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Daniel Odhiambo Nyangweso, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate James Odero Odiri alias Odero Odira, who died on 29th February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Collinsa Odhiambo Odero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Odero Onyango, who died on 20th October, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Grace Akinyi Ochola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Ouma Obuya, who died on 4th April, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Emmanuel Zadock Okello, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Okello Kusa, who died on 17th June, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Otieno Okech and (2) Michael Ogutu Okech, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cislia Atieno Oketch alias Sislia Atieno Okech, who died on 28th May, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
