IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KALOLENI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024
By (1) Karisa Masha Gona and (2) Jacob Gona Masha, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masha Gona Karisa, who died at Mariakani, on 24th September, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025
By Lenah Mutheu Nzau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Jumaa Mwoki, who died at Mazeras Kwa Matano, on 28th September, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
