PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Muteira Ahmed Idha Salim and (2) Omar Ahmed Idha Salim Shumela, both of P.O. Box 25563–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ahmed Idha Salim Shumela, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 18th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Mutonyi George Karanja and (2) Christopher Mugo Karanja, both of P.O. Box 85737–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Mutonyi Karanja, who died at Whitefile Health Care, on 16th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
