TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025
By Tilottama Sharadkumar Somaia, of P.O. Box 1645–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Sharadkumar Karsandas Bhimji Somaia alias Sharadkumar Karsandas Somaia alias Somaia Sharadkumar Karsandas, who died on 13th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Grace Atieno Agola, through Messrs. Mbeka & Associates, advocates of Kisumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Jeclin Carey Agola alias Jeclin Carey Agola, who died on 27th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
