TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By Julius Kaburu M’Nkuraru, of P.O. Box 258–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Nkuraru Murugu alias Nkuraru Murugu alias Willison Nkuraru, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Mary Nitbuka M’Ringera, of P.O. Box 49, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus M’Ringera M’Mugambi, who died at Kithoka, on 30th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025
By Fatuma Ibrahim Ali, of P.O. Box 149–60600, Maua in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Hassan Gedi, who died at Alliance Hospital in Kenya, on 30th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
