PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Waithira Kariuki and (2) Priscilla Waithira Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 1990–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wanjiru Chege, who died at Kinamba, on 7th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Njeri Macharia, (2) Rose Agnes Waigumo Wachira, (3) John Wainaina Ndung’un and (4) Francis Njugunah Karanja, all of P.O. Box 2173–2011, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Macharia Kimani, who died at Delamere, Naivasha, on 29th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
