TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Ndulu Mulee and (2) Phileace Nzisa Amos, both of P.O. Box 58, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Mulee Mutisya, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025
By (1) Arnold Muoki Mulili, (2) Slyvia Naneu Mulili and (3) Kevin Kathuka Mulili, all of P.O. Box 9634–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Mueni Mulili, who died at Malili, on 7th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025
By (1) Veronica Ngina Mbane and (2) Reuben Mutua Mbane, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mbane Nzioki, who died at Katani, on 6th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025
By (1) Edith Wanjiru Thuiri and (2) Leah Kirigo Theuri, both of P.O. Box 23–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diomedes Karuru Kihumba Thuiri alias Diomedes Karuriu Kihumba Thuiri, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
