TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025
By (1) Bilfred Mui Muthangya and (2) John Nzine Mitau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamuti Kiteme alias Professor Kamuti Kiteme, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By (1) Paulinah Katheni, (2) George Mutua Kakula and (3) Samuel Musya kakula, all of P.O. Box 1–90401, Kyuso in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Donald Kakula Ngura, who died at Kitui, on 26th May, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
