By (1) Emnah Naiyantie Makenka and (2) Allan Mpoke Mukenka, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Nyaanga, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 25th May, 2022.
