TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Martin Otieno Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisa Atieno Otieno, who died on 26th September, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Alexander Ayuya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ishmael Mudash alias Ismail Mudashi Juma, who died on 15th April, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
