TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2024
By Patrick Maliachi Mwisukha, of P.O. Box 2320, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maliachi Mwisukha, who died at Ichina, on 15th March, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By Melasdeck Kumutia Tsuma, of P.O. Box 2123, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Tsuma Shinali alias Nelson Tsuma Shivali, who died at Shibuli Sub-location, on 5th August, 2012.

By (1) John Bulinda and (2) Agnes Musanda Mushila, both of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambolisio Ambeyi Muruli alias Ambeyi Muruli, who died at Shagungu, on 7th August, 1988.

By John Namunyu Anyula, of P.O. Box 259, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Anyula Lukungwa alias Laurance Anyula Luhingwa, who died at Shiswa, on 12th May, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
