TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2025
By Nyaga Nderi, of P.O. Box 1252–60100, Embu in Kenya, the
deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Margaret Njeri Nyaga, who died at Itabua, on 20th April,
2021.
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025
By (1) Kelvin Munene Njue, (2) Nellyfrida Marigu Njue and (3)
Solom Mwenda Rwamba all of P.O. Box 276–60100, Embu in Kenya,
the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Nancy Rwamba Mugo, who died at Embu Hospital in
Kenya, on 31st July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025
By (1) Juliet Kajugu Stephen and (2) Nicholas Mugambi M’Rithaa,
both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Stephen Mbae Rithaa, who died on 7th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025
By Evangeline Njoki Nthakanio, of P.O. Box 1321, Embu in Kenya,
the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Lawrenzia Wanjovi Nyaga, who died at Rugumu, on 26th
April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2025
By Christine Muthoni Kahihia, of P.O. Box 943, Embu in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Francis Kahihia Kariuki, who died at Itabua Sub-location, on
19th October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2025
By Marigu Muchiri, of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Eliud Nyaga Murua Mumo, who died at Embu Hospital in
Kenya, on 27th June, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
