TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Stephen Ngatia Ndungu, of P.O. Box 1678–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Nagatia alias James Ndungu Ngatia, who died at Gittitu, on 17th March, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Stephen Ngatia Ndungu, of P.O. Box 1678–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Wambui Ngatia alias Teresa Wambui Ngatia, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
