TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2025
By (1) Serah Nyambura Kanyuira and (2) Samuel Niguguna Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 954–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Waiguru Mwangi, who died at Githunguri, on 8th December, 2015.
CAUSE NO. 243 OF 2025
By (1) Patrick Maina Thuo and (2) David Mwaura Thuo, both of P.O. Box 952–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Wambui Thuo alias Veronica Wambui Thuo, who died at Nyahururu County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2022.

By (1) Anthony Wambugu and (2) Grishon Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru alias Esther Wanjiru Wambugu, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 7th May, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Peter Ngotho Gichuki, of P.O. Box 1494, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyambura Gichuki alias Mrs. Esther Nyambura Gichuki, who died at Thome Sub-location, on 22nd March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
