TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 254 OF 2025
By (1) Jackson Nguyo Gatheca, (2) Joseph Ndungu Gatheca and (3) Victor Nguyo Gathecha, all of P.O. Box 2300–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Gathecha Nguyo, who died at Ngamini, on 25th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. 267 OF 2025
By Margaret Wanjira Gathuthiri, of P.O. Box 11–20304, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Mumbi Gathuthiri, who died at Simbara, on 28th November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2026
By Lucy Wambui Murakaru, of P.O. Box 1050–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Murakaru Murigu, who died at Consolata, Mathari, on 17th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
