PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025
By Boniface Wagacha Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7198–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wadee Nganga, who died at Maai Mahiu Township, on 19th December, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Martin Kariuki Ndungu, (2) Peter Mburu Thiongo, (3) John Njoroge Thiongo and (4) Robert Kiarie Thiongo, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiongo Gacibi, who died at Maai Mahiu, on 2nd September, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
