By Benson Karanja Wacuka, of P.O. Box 355–10105, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wachuka Guandaru, who died at Huruma Health Centre, on 7th May, 2015.

By (1) Dickson Kiritu Guandaru and (2) Virginia Mirigo Muruga, both of P.O. Box 355–10105, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guandaru Kiritu, who died at Solio, on 11th December, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Risco Njuguna Gathura and (2) Bildad Gathura Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 3126–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Wangari Njuguna alias Njuguna Charity Wangari alias Charity Njuguna, who died at Mother Angella Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
