By Mukwaiti M’Nyiiri Girucha, of P.O. Box 112–60408, Marina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Nyiiri Nkirucha Kithiku, who died at District Hospital, Chuka in Kenya, on 9th November, 2003.

By (1) Elosy Kageni Micheni and (2) Rubaga Elgbert Mwenda, both of P.O. Box 22, Muthambi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaggane Bernard Wabore Rubaga alias Kaggane B. Wabore Rubaga, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025
By Jane Gatakaa Njagi, of P.O. Box 120, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Kinyua, who died at Rubate, on 20th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
