CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Polly Mwende Kathambi and (2) Jackson Mutwiri Severino, both of P.O. Box 217, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kirimi Njuru, who died at Komarock Modern Health Centre, on 31st March, 2025.

By (1) Doreen Kawira Murithi and (2) Liza Makena Murithi, both of P.O. Box 99, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Murithi Munyita, who died at Consolata Cottage, Chuka, on 10th August, 2025.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
