TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Ian Mwenda, of P.O. Box 149, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Mukomunene M’Rukunga, who died at Mulathankari, on 23rd February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Julius Ntaragwi M’Mubuongo, of P.O. Box 801, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mubuongo M’Itihula, who died at Thitha, on 10th August, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
