TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By Joshua Nkunja, of P.O. Box 45–60601, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwira M’Ingala alias Mwiriia Ing’ala, who died at Nkandone, on 11th April, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2022
By Monica Mpindi Gerald, of P.O. Box 491–60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Muecke M’Kaiga alias Gerald Muecke alias Gerald M’Muecke M’Kaiga, who died at Maua Methodist, on 12th August, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
