TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025
By (1) Julius Kathurima M’Minyor and (2) M’Iratihi Minyor, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Minyor Kalui, who died at Kuani, on 14th April, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By (1) Sipiliano Limbutu Nitri and (2) Stanely Kanampiu Imuti, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ciomboroki M’Ithili, who died at Laciatuhuru, on 6th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025
By Sabastian Thangachia M’Kumbuku, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kumbuku M’Limberia alias Nkumbuku Limberia, who died at Athwana, on 25th July, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025
By Paulina Mwontuti M’Minyor, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchebere M’Irware, who died at Kandebene, on 18th June, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
