CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By Ziphora Musyoka Kimuyu, of P.O. Box 324–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musyoka Kimuyu, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Nzioki Makau and (2) Regina Nzilani Muema, both of P.O. Box 192–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Ikata Makau alias Makau Ikata, who died at Kiandani Sub-location, on 16th March, 1987.

By Nthenya Mutua Nzioki, of P.O. Box 8, Muttini in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Nzioki Ngotho, who died at Muttini, on 19th April, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
