TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2025
By (1) Jefferson Nzioki Mutiso, (2) James Mutiso Kimuyu and (3) Mary Mwethya Nyamai, all of P.O. Box 80–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Kimuyu Itumo, who died on 2nd August, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025
By Jones Mutua Kitetu, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Kitetu, who died on 28th August, 1969.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
