TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025
By (1) Emmanuel Ngei Muungani, (2) Caroline Nthambi Munyoki and (3) Aurela Munyiva Willy, all of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Muungani Isika Mutiana, who died at Ilika Location, Kitui, on 17th April, 2013.

By Violet Micere Nganga, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Edward Nganga Muema, who died at Tungutu, on 21st March, 2022.

By Bretta Kambua Wambua, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Titus Wambua Kimalu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
