IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KAJIADO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025
By (1) Katindi ene Waenya Kinyanjui, (2) Stephen Sakat ole Kana and (3) Agnes Benard Nasikonde, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Panya ole Kana Kinyanjui, who died at Sultan Hamud, on 30th November, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025
By (1) Lemaron ole Narian Munyee and (2) Taito ole Munyee, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Narian ole Munjee, who died at Ruanche Sub-location, on 14th April, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
