By Benson Momanyi Mwankii, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carren Mogere Momanyi, who died in Bangalore, India, on 19th September, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By Naane ene Lemaua Kubaai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koroi ole Matipei Kubaai, who died at Kajiado County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2018.

By (1) Patrick Ndung’u Mugi and (2) James Karimbiru Mugi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Wanjiku Mugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
