TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025
By Teresia Silantoi Teeka, of P.O. Box 396–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teeka Peter Sankale alias Peter Sankale Teeka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Grace Tete Kisuna, of P.O. Box 24239–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Nasieku Kesuna alias Faith N. Kisunah alias Faith K. Nasieku alias Faith Kisuna, who died at Total, on 3rd August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
