TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025
By Lucy Nailantei Keriesek, of P.O. Box 931–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Fundi Njuguna, who died at Narok Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025
By (1) Emily Nkarabali and (2) Lucy Resiato Nkarabali, both of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sankale ole Nkarabali, who died at Narok Township, on 9th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Mary Wakanyi Ngunga, of P.O. Box 571–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngunga Kamau, who died along Narok-Nairobi Road, on 14th November, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
