TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025
By (1) Saruni Kasee, (2) Johanna Marima Kasee, (3) Simon Paroken Kasee and (4) Jacob Lekurit Kasee, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John ole Kasee, who died at Sekenani, on 13th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By Jackson Kuseyo William Nkowua, of P.O. Box 1–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Korinko ole Nkowua, who died at Ildamat Township Sub-location, on 28th July, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
