TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2025
By (1) Anamh Chepkemoi and (2) Benard Kiplangat Langat, both of P.O. Box 19–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeoffrey Kiplangat Chepkwony, who died on 22nd August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2025
By (1) Hillary Kiprotich Langat and (2) Stanley Kipkorir Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 81, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Rono, who died on 19th May, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E401 OF 2025
By (1) Richard Kiprotich Bett and (2) Jane Chepkurui Bett, both of P.O. Box 81, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bosubin A. Bengat, who died on 12th April, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Langat Geoffrey, of P.O. Box 25, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat A. Kosge, who died on 31st December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
