TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023
By Joseph Kioi Mutavi, of P.O. Box 1-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutabi Muthui alias Mutavi Muthwii alias Mutambi Muthwii Nduge, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2025
By (1) Alice Nduge Matheka and (2) Brianna Nthamba Matheka, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Matheka Makau, who died at Umoja, Nairobi, on 6th April, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025
By Joyce Ndugwa Munyao alias Joyce Ndugwa Amos, of P.O. Box 429-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the executrix to the deceased, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Muthee Munyao alias Mrs. Serah Muthee Amos, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
