TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2025
By Zakayo Kiptanui Ngetich, of P.O. Box 59, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kiptobit Chepkwony alias Kiptabit A. Chepkwony, who died at Kipreres S. Location, on 16th August, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025
By (1) Jackson Cheruiyot Koros and (2) Charles Kipkorir Sang, both of P.O. Box 581, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukuleiya arap Roisi, who died at Manaret, on 24th February, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
