TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2025
By Gordon Omondi Obiero, of P.O. Box 336–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Obero Oria, who died on 15th June, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2025
By (1) Teresa Atieno Odhiambo and (2) James Ondila Hagono, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hagana Obiero alias Hagono Obiero, who died on 27th January, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E566 OF 2025
By Samuel Otieno Omolo, of P.O. Box 206–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ong’a Oloo, who died on 14th November, 1991.

By Elfas Okero Odeyo, of P.O. Box 158, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerson Odeyo Waga, who died at Lihanda, East Gem, on 8th May, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
